Flatout Mushroom & Chicken Fajita Wraps

4 Flatout Harvest Wheat Wraps
1 T olive oil
16 oz fresh white button mushrooms, sliced (about 5 C)

Small onion diced
2 C of shredded cooked skinless chicken

6 T Salsa

In large skillet, heat olive oil over med-high heat. Add mushrooms, onions and saute until mushroom liquid has evaporated, about 5 minutes. Spread 1 1/2 t salsa over each Flatout wrap. Layer 1/2 C chicken and 1 1/4 C mushrooms and onions at one rounded end of each Flatout wrap. Roll tightly. Cut each wrap into quarters & Enjoy! Serves 4.
